Hi & a very warm welcome to my website!
I'm Laura and I am a fully qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist based in Jersey and I offer equine and canine physiotherapy consultations across the island on a mobile basis.
I qualified as a Vet Physio back in 2018 after gaining a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy at Harper Adams University in the UK, and after a few years of practicing on a self-employed basis in Somerset I moved over to Jersey. After settling down on this beautiful island I am starting my new venture Laura Jane Vet Physio, to help support Jersey's equine and canine population.
I am accredited with the Institute of Registered Veterinary and Animal Physiotherapists and I am fully insured through their group insurance plan, covering professional indemnity and public liability.
Equine Physiotherapy
Equine physiotherapy has been widely recognised and practiced for performance enhancement, maintenance and rehabilitation post-injury/surgery. The professional skills of an equine physiotherapist in palpation, static assessments, gait analysis and associated treatment therapies, can provide valuable input into the health programme of your horse.

Canine Physiotherapy
Canine Physiotherapy is a rapidly growing industry, and in conjunction with your veterinary practice, it can provide a valuable form of post-surgical management and conservative management to treat a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions in dogs.
By working closely with your vet, we can formulate the most suitable treatment plan for your dog, helping them recover as efficiently and effectively as possible, restoring comfort and improving quality of life.
